We are finding them and Networking with them to bring you the best the area has to offer.  Join us on Facebook or LinkedIn simply by Filling out the contact form.  We look forward to meeting you and shopping locally. (Antrim, Benzie,Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Wexford Counties) We are a work in progress and adapting and adding as we can to make this the best go to for all things local. Announcement from Network Traverse City, Michigan. Just in case you are not sure what Network Traverse City is I thought I should share, with the hopes that we can get to know each other and make the connections we all need for success.
I created Network Traverse City in April of 2010 on Facebook.
My idea was first, to find local businesses I could use. Secondly, once I found them they could come and post to the Network and make social connections with potential customers like me. Finally, I wanted to push for local buying of the goods and services I needed, buying and selling local just makes sense.

I was on Facebook even before parents were supposed to be as my then 18 year old daughter took a trip to California for a summer working holiday after graduation. So to see her images she let me sign on to her page and we talked. Not too long after that Facebook opened to the public and I jumped on, I created groups and connected with some of my friends but mostly with my daughters friends who remembered me from school and appreciated a familiar older face.

So I have seen the many changes and upgrades and have figured them out so I knew I could help local businesses that did not know about Facebook and began to talk to downtown store owners. As more and more people joined us my reputation for being able to help and my very reasonable fees (FREE) has only served to strengthen us in numbers.
